It all depends on if your husband sees it as a problem. If he sees it as a problem and actually TRIES to fix it, and MAKES THE EFFORT of trying to fix it, then your marriage might be saved. And I do say *might*. After 10 years of unsatisfying sex with a man who had PE -- and let me tell you we tried all of the above techniques with little or no success -- the best thing I did was leave.
